Return Policy

Due to the nature of our intimate products, returns will not be accepted. Intimate products include panties, bras, lingerie & swimwear.

All other items may be returned for refund or replacement within 7 days of the receipt date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways on exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Damaged Goods: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify us immediately for a replacement. All items must be returned in excellent condition.
Refund: To receive a refund, items must be unworn, free of stains, perfume, and damage. All labels and tags must be attached for a full refund to your credit card. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

You must contact customer service prior to returning to obtain shipping instructions and return address information.
It is recommended that return packages are shipped with delivery confirmation and or insurance. A&F Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
